Refund policy
-Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request an exchange or refund, the return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. WW Fabrics gladly accepts unstitched and undamaged items with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of the invoice when returning any item and clearly mention the reason for return or exchange.

All returns must be sent via a traceable delivery method such as courier or registered post.
-In case of an exchange request, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
-However, if the fault is from our side (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), WW Fabrics will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund and will also cover the return shipping cost (typically PKR 250 per kg as return shipping credit).

If you wish to exchange an item, you will receive an exchange voucher equal to the invoice value of the returned product(s), which can be used on your next purchase.

Faulty/Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue — even if the item was purchased on sale.
